Scoot Call Centres Closed: Your options

Due to the lockdown in the Philippines, Scoots call centres will be shutdown indefinitely. Effective 17 March 2020.

Good news is, Scoot has just launched a self-service refund option on flight bookings even if they were made through 3rd party sites like Expedia. This is applicable to bookings made on or before 15 March 2020 and for travel up to 31 May 2020.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of ticket purchase.
You should be able to see this option once you go to "Manage My Booking" and simply key in your booking reference identifier as well as your email address. This button should appear at the top right hand corner of your screen.

Simply clicking on it will show you this message to indicate that you have successfully requested for a refund and will probably receive an email confirmation of the vouchers soon.

Of course you can also contact them via their various means : Facebook, Weibo or contact centre overseas if you urgently require so, but i reckon the online portal to be your best bet at reaching them ASAP!
